Dana Stopkova graduated from the Economic University in Bratislava. She holds an MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business. During the one-year Fulbright Scholarship, she attended a post graduated program at the Graduate School of Management at Boston University.
From 1994 until the end of 2002 she worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic where she held various positions and in the last one was responsible for the foreign state debt of Slovakia. Since 2003 she has lived and operated in Brazil, while since 2012 she has been an owner of a small consultancy boutique that is focused on foreign trade, market research, translations, interpretations, and related issues for legal entities and physical persons.
